Traffic control: Signals and other devices.

Guidelines for application of selected signs and markings on low-volume rural roads as well as guidelines for treatment of traffic congestion on street networks are presented. Truck blockage of traffic signals is discussed, and the stability of occupancy-based library traffic control systems is described.
