Traffic data for highway bridge loading. Prepared for the Highways Agency, Bridges Engineering Division.

This report describes various traffic data which the Transport Research Laboratory has collected since 1990 for use in the development of bridge loading rules. The purpose of the report is to make potential users aware of the data available, and to present some analyses of them. The data are as follows: traffic loading data for the M5 and M6 motorways, traffic behaviour in free flow and jam conditions, and dynamic wheel load measurements.
