Traffic engineering for neo-traditional neighborhood design : an international report of the Institute of Transportation Engineers ITE.

This international report contains basic concepts of neo-traditional neighborhood projects and how these design concepts differ from those of conventional projects. Specific topics of partial conflict with conventional traffic engineering practice are identified and discussed.
