83% of the courts of limited jurisdiction in the USA hear traffic cases. Traffic cases constitute the major portion of the workload of these courts. Traffic offence adjudication is an important element in the overall driver control process which can lead to reduction of the terrible toll of death and injury, hut new and different methods are wanted to process and resolve infraction cases.
