The purpose of this volume is to provide basic materials and guides for in- service training of police personnel who are entrusted with responsibilities of traffic law enforcement. It is designed to increase knowledge and refine skills in such functions as investigating traffic accidents, contacting and interrogating traffic law violators, preparing reports and cases, and witnessing in court.
