It is a sad privilege of France to lead the list of countries with the most spectacular traffic jams, mainly because traffic is concentrated in space on a few major roads, and in time, owing to the lack of proper policy for staggering holidays. With publicity campaigns and a new management policy for alternative routes some better results can be created.
