Traffic safety measures in developing countries: Bright and grey areas in knowledge.

Various traffic safety measures are being attempted in every country with different degrees of success. Due to cultural, demographic and economic differences, the measures appropriate to developing countries have to different from those claimed to be successful in developed countries. An overview is presented of current traffic safety measures in developing countries.
