Samenvatting
The purpose of the legislation on alcohol and traffic is obviously to try to combat accidents due entirely or in part to the driver of the vehicle being under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. This legislation may therefore be regarded as one of the most important parts of the general program to prevent road accidents.
