Samenvatting
The purpose of the study is to formulate a model for the forecasting of traffic accidents on major traffic routes. The background variables are traffic volume, regulation degree of separation, grade separation, access roads, speed limits etc. Analysis is by multiple and isotone regression, independent variables being traffic volume, vehicle mileage, type of regulation and intersections. The models developed by multiple regression are better.
