Samenvatting
With derived relations of accidents with serious conflicts as a starting point an extensive recording of serious conflicts is carried out. These conflicts are then going to be related to different explaining factors such as traffic intensity, traffic situation, travellers speed and individual characteristics. The general system for risk calculation enables operative methods for planning and also technical development is the subject of a growing international interest which is rendered for in this report.
