Samenvatting
The effectiveness of a moving-based driving simulator as a tool for presenting realistic driving scenarios was examined, assuming that intermodal transport transfer guidance be provided by a car navigation system to a driver facing sudden congestion ahead on a business trip. Three out of designed seven contents of park and ride information has been evaluated as favorable messages. The adoption of driving simulation to design large-scale questionnaire surveys has been proposed in response to the positive change of evaluation scores after a driving simulation experience.
