Samenvatting
Processes of transport planning, in all its various sides from the researches up to the projects, assume a particular importance when they come to the realization phase. In Torino, after 4 years of researches and the elaboration of a new Development Plan for Urban Public Transport, a first large scale intervention has been realized generating a deep transformation of the urban network. In the first part, mobility surveys, controls, mathematical models and simulation experiences are described. The second part deals with the realization and control processes connected to the network transformation.
