Samenvatting

The National Consortium on Remote Sensing in Transportation-Flows (NCRST-F) is the U.S. Department of Transportation remote sensing consortium devoted to transportation flow activity. NCRST-F researchers M.R. McCord, M. Hickman, M.S. Bronzini, P.K. Goel, R.B. Gomez, C.J. Merry, P.B. Mirchandani, and J.L. Morrison discuss transportation flow problems for which remote sensing has been successfully applied, as well as the recent results pointing to other flow-related problems for which remote sensing could be beneficial. M.E. Hallenbeck, Session Moderator, presents a summary of Session 3.
