Samenvatting

The ways in which social service agencies in a small city cope with the transportation problems of immobile clients are examined. It is indicated that demand for services is poorly coordinated. Interim solutions suggested include exchanges among agencies of data on volunteers and vehicle availability and increased reliance on public transit modes.
