Samenvatting
A case of traumatic duodenal lesion caused by a seat-belt in a motor car is described. For the diagnosis and the treatment of such an injury an accurate reconstruction of the accident is important. The morbidity and mortality show a close correlation with the time between accident and surgical treatment.
