The legislation, introduced over the past few years, aimed at reducing accidents e.g. vehicle testing, speed limits and blood alcohol content regulations under the Road Safety Act 1967, in relation to the fitness of both vehicle and driver, the driver's conduct on the road and insurance cover requirements, is reviewed.
