Trends of pavement characteristics during twelve months of a designed experiment.

Some of the significant findings observed during the first 12-month period of a field and laboratory research project are presented. Sixteen experimental sections were constructed as part of a highway. 5 different factors: thickness of surface course, thickness of base course, rubber solid content, asphalt viscosity and asphalt content were tested.
