Samenvatting

Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for adolescents and alcohol use is a predictor for fatal crash occurrence. The epidemiologic data repeatedly identifies more young males in fatal alcoholrelated crashes. However, recent studies on young females and risky behaviors prompted researchers to investigate representation of young females in fatal crashes. This study’s objective is to look at the contribution of young female drivers to national fatal alcohol-related crashes over 10 years (Author/publisher)
