Samenvatting
Even with the rather confusing data we have, we feel that we have learned some things concerning both implementation and evaluation. We are looking forward to the next two years, and especially to the results of our new classified licensing law. Since a 16-year old will not be able to document experience, we may well have many more students in our program next year who subsequently acquire motorcycles.
