Samenvatting
Basic truck statistics deals in overall figures of truck accidents in 1975. In general, all figures decreased for 1975. All accidents involving trucks were do to a figure of 1164 compared to the 1974 figure of 1397. Injuries were also decreased in both truck drivers and all vehicles involved in truck accidents. 28 persons were killed in truck involved accidents with 17 being the truck driver or passenger. Although accidents did decrease, truck accident cost increased for almost 1 million dollar.
