Samenvatting
A unique method is presented by which safe speeds for the descent of mountain grades by commercial vehicles may be predicted. Formulas and charts to permit implementation are presented together with test results to prove validity. A suggested method for the uniform rating and posting of mountain grades is also included in the interest of public safety.
