Samenvatting
Urban roads represent one of the major public investment. Going the greatest possible transportation service from the existing roads should find support from all factions. The research described in this paper is a major and sustained effort to do just that for some of the most critical and expensive road to be found. The development of instrumentation in this tunnel traffic research is described such as photocell, radar detectors, ultrasonic units induction loops etc.
