Samenvatting
Taking into account the clinical data and the results of its autopsy with the histological and bacteriological findings, the cause of death in 51 cases of burns of skin is reported. Directly or indirectly the skin burns led to death in 70%. In 30% in addition to the burns simultaneous occurring injuries or antecedent serious organic disease led to death.
