Samenvatting
The environmental compatibility test outside built- up areas is already dictated by law. Although environmental considerations are also important in urban areas, no similar regulation yet exists. This paper suggests meeting the very different requirements of urban areas regarding the environment with the help of a "Contribution to City Design".
