Cyclist accidents are serious and they are increasing in number, especially those with children. More boys than girls are involved. Most accidents occur by fine weather, few in the weekend. Many cyclist accidents occur on junctions. Segregation of traffic would result in fewer accidents. Networks for cycle traffic are recommended. Suggestions are made for a few traffic situations.
