Samenvatting
Twenty-three children safety seats and belts have been evaluated by impact analysis. The measurement covered the deceleration at head and chest of the children's dummies thereby using a high-speed camera to film the movements of the dummies. It was found that many of the safety devices did not fulfill their protective functions, after which practical suggestions for improvements are made.
