Untersuchungen über Begegnungshäufigkeiten : ein Beitrag zur Bemessung von Wohnstrassen.

The streets in residential areas are mostly constructed with such a width, that there is rather no place anymore for the footways. This is mostly done by the point of view of traffic engineering. In this report another standpoint: the rate in which the traffic meets each other in that streets, is considered and a new design for broader footways and narrow streets is presented.
