Samenvatting
The questions, whether wearing course mixtures with a maximum grain size of over 11 mm are beneficial to skid resistance, and to what extent finer bituminous mixtures with a maximum grain size of less than 11 mm are suitable for roads carrying fast traffic were investigated on especially designed test stretches, with further investigations being carried out in laboratories.
