Samenvatting
In this study is made an attempt to investigate the relation between road accidents and road offences. A sample is taken of insured persons who are involved in accidents. All kinds of data are investigated. A statistical distribution of accidents and offences of the persons of the sample is made. Statistics are analysed in various ways, to show the types of accident and offence, place where they happened, severity of accident, age of persons involved, sex, type of profession, time of possessing driver license. Also is investigated the influence of penalty on a possible next offence or accident.
