Samenvatting
A study has been undertaken at the institute for medical optics of the University of Munich. The study showed that vision performance is not improved by yellow coloured headlamps. Psychological glare decreases by yellow lights, but they also reduces colour recognition. Therefore it is concluded that yellow coloured headlamp, do not improve traffic safety.
