Samenvatting
The publication deals with the traffic inventory first needed to obtain the basis data for the development of a management system, in particular peak load distribution and percentage of through traffic on which a control scheme may have effect. A study of queues and accidents provided the basis for evaluating the safety improvements achieved through the management scheme.
