Samenvatting
The urbanization and urban and regional transport development in the years 1945- 1975 in Poland is presented. The organization and financing of public transport; the plans for urban and transportation planning process; the transport policy in development plans for towns and transportation; the principles for various areas; the research and development works; and the international cooperation are discussed.
