Samenvatting
37 Curve accidents have been analysed from the data file of an accident investigation program. Only in 4 cases out of 19 the driver steered and braked at the same time which proves that a driver can not accomplish more than one manoeuvre in a dangerous situation. Drivers under 25 and over 60 years of age are overproportionally involved. Only in one case a collision with an obstacle did not happen.
