Use of random-search technique to obtain optimal land use design.

The problem of land use design is discussed. Support for a land use plan design model that can serve as a ready tool to achieve the optimal future plan for an urban area or a region through the satisfaction of the design cost units and at an optimum of public and private costs is presented.
