Samenvatting
In order to judge how different legal measures or changes in the traffic milieu influence the safety, it is, however, not sufficient to have knowledge about the accident, only but also about factors and circumstances, which are of significance for the road development like weather and road conditions, type and amount of traffic. Regression analysis is one possible method for studying the number of road accidents when these factors are taken into consideration.
