Samenvatting

Considerable effort and money has been directed at collecting, editing and correcting data to study transport systems. These data have primarily been used to model the movement of people throughout the transport system. Little effort has been directed at using these data to study the influence transport systems have on the distribution of households in urban areas. This paper presents an exploratory study of the usefulness of the data to model the distribution of households in Melbourne.
