Samenvatting
An interview on the new legislation passed in 1968-1969 in the U.S.S.R. concerning crimes with traffic accidents is given. The increase in the liability for and punishment of traffic offences is discussed together with the practical application of the new laws. Special mention is made of the separate norm establishing liability for driving vehicles while intoxicated.
