Samenvatting
A program was to be made for a closer analysis of the deficiencies of the available transport statistics and also for a draft programme of action aimed at securing a better statistical basis for the benefit of future strategic planning for investigating matters concerning the strategic preparedness of the entire energy sector. The program was to include (a) a presentation of the need for more articulated transport statistics and (b) plan for future action.
