Samenvatting
Observations of winter road conditions are performed by an observer travelling along predetermined circuits, recording road conditions at predetermined locations. The project presented in this report examines the model used for selection of the sites for observation. In particular the relation between observation results and distances between observation sites are analysed together with an analysis of how well the minor road network is represented in the model.
