Samenvatting
The provinces in the Netherlands have a special task in the deregulation and decentralisation of the political decision process. The provinces are also the distributors of the total money aimed for road construction, reconstruction and maintenance. Therefore specifications were made, but when the government is short in money, new rules are wanted for the infrastructural measures. New legislation for the financing of the road management should have an high priority as the removal of bottlenecks.
