Samenvatting
Urban and regional planning enjoys increasingly public and political attention. This trend is discussed in more detail in the paper. It is asserted that the growing amount of Laws and regulations in the Netherlands has contributed to the presentneed of integral frameworks. It is also concluded that the market- oriented planning bears relationships with recent theoretical literature about public planning.
