Samenvatting
The author reviews the problematic from the p01nt of view of the spatial planning policy, as carried on and pursued by the government, as this policy is shown amongst others in different governmental reports and the criticism on this policy. The question arises what the consequences are of the exclusion of the use of the car regarding the social dissimilarity.
