On carrying out blood alcohol determinations with the gaschromatograph "F 40" produced by Messrso1'erkin-Eltner, slightnegative deviations are observed in comparison with thevalucs obtained with ADI1 and Vidic Methods. This slightsystematic deviation was confirmed in investigations on bloodsera whieh had been set exactly to definite alcohol contents.The accuracy of gas chromatographic method of determinationis at least equal to that of traditional methods.
