Samenvatting
In the Netherlands occur about 1500 fatal road accidents per year. Besides about 15.000 people are brought to a hospital and about 50.000 get more or less injury due to a road traffic accidents. To decrease these numbers the government has introduced the Minus 25% Action. When local authorities achieved this goal they can get a financial reward. In this book is presented what has happened in ten local authorities caused by this stimulation plan.
