Traffic is not only a problem from the technical side, but also a matter of social planning and care for common human involvement and attention. Human beings in traffic are not only responsible for their own safety, but also for the safety of others. People in traffic are asked to do contradictionary tasks. To understand this, the dilemmas on the human mobility, risk and responsibility must be analyzed.
