Samenvatting
A reliable method must be developed for the prediction of traffic safety for children in residential areas. When this method is really reliable it must be applicated in a research to the accident prevention for children in traffic, in two new built residential areas. This report gives the results of the first part: the development of the method, which was done by the conflict-technique.
