Samenvatting
The comparison of traffic systems on the safety aspect, the safety is mostly experienced as a quality characteristics. Thereby should be noted however that this is done besides other characteristics such as functional aspects, social function and social- economic aspects. The highlighting of only one facet, out of the whole, namely safety can obtain risks for partiality and distortion.
