Samenvatting
Procedures underlying conventional project evaluation and priority systems are described briefly and analysed critically. Individual problems appearing within the framework of the application of these procedures are discussed. Current state of theoretical discussion concerning further development in step- by- step procedures, interactive procedures, acceptance functions and expert systems is described in the framework for the social evaluation of road projects.
