From the results of these investigations a procedure to combine a car with a trailer is derived, which guarantees all vehicle combinations on road to have a limit of stability.Their critical velocities do not remain under a limit value.To observe this instruction the vehicles must be tested in driving tests out of which their characteristic values are determined.With this characteristic value of one of the vehicle and the function for the critical velocity it is possible to define the allowable characteristic value of the other vehicle in the combination.
