Samenvatting
During several investigations at the TUV Rheinland a great number of braking tests with cars and cars with trailer were carried out in the last years. The most important result for the behaviour of these vehicles during emergency braking tests, especially for the stopping distance, the road holding capacity and the stability are shown quantitatively here. The measurement results are compared with data from the literature.
